Easy Cheeseburger Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 can (16-oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can (8-oz) tomato sauce
- 1 pack (10-oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Brown the beef in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Mix the beef well so it is evenly brown, if it starts sticking to the pan you should turn the heat down. Once the beef is browned, drain off the excess fat.
- Now add the tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, water, onion soup mix, vegetables and sugar.
- With everything now in the saucepan bring it to a boil then turn down the heat and simmer gently for 20 mins.
Easy Cheeseburger Soup: enjoy with chips or bread sticks.
