A Juicy Ranch BurgerBy Tina • Sep 29th, 2009 • Category: Burger Recipes
There is nothing better than biting in to a cooked to perfection burger and having a little bit of juice run out. You know this is going to be one tasty burger!
How do you get a burger to retain a lot of juice but not be raw? Easy…with one secret ingredient.
Actually, it’s probably more than one ingredient, but we won’t get too technical. Here’s the recipe for creating juicy ranch burgers at your own grill.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet of ranch powdered dressing mix
- Mix the seasoning packet in to the hamburger meat with a spoon or your hands until thoroughly combined.
- Shape in to desired size of patties and flip on the grill. Cook to desired state and remove from the grill.
- On your bun, use lettuce, tomato slices and a dab of mixed salad dressing if desired. Eat and enjoy.
The secret? The seasoning is made to hold the liquid (when made with milk) to be dressing consistency. The juice from the meat has the same effect, meaning the juice stays inside with the ranch seasoning.
These burgers are delicious and easy!
