Corn Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cup extra-sweet corn kernels, fresh cooked or frozen and thawed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method:
- Whip the oil and vinegar together in a large bowl. Season with the salt and black pepper.
- Now stir in the corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, onion and fresh basil. Cover the relish and chill overnight.
- Enjoy! Recipe makes 3 cups of corn relish.

HELP!!!! in one of your 2009 hoilday magazines you had recipes for three condiment dishes Pickles, Corn relish and Olives. Your showed three in a three compartment dish, I made them last year for thanksgiving and they were a hit. I want to do them again and also jar them for gifts. I have misplased my copy of the magazine. Can you cend me the recipes or I would be happy to purchase the past issue. This is my second request PLEASE PLEASE help me. Everyone is asking me to make them again.
