Sour Cream Burgers

These Sour Cream Burgers make a change from the usual types of burger flavors, very juicy give them a try. Makes 4 Sour Cream Burgers.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons fine dry breadcrumbs
• salt and pepper to taste 4 burger buns

Method:

• Combine the beef, sour cream and bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix well.Shape the mixture into 4 patties and Broil or Grill them for around 4 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through.
• Serve on toasted burger buns and top with some more sour cream.

Suggested burger topping: lots of shredded lettuce. More burger toppings.
