These Texas Chili burgers have the chili flavors in the beef patties and should be topped off just like a bowl of Texas nachos. Makes 4 Texas Chili Burgers.

- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
