These German Burgers make a change from the usual burger, with mustard and caraway seeds in the beef and topped off with lots of sauerkraut.
Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoon of beer
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
