<li>1 pound ground beef or hamburger meat</li>
<li>half a 3.5 ounce package Buffalo Mozzarella</li>
<li>1 small onion, chopped</li>
<li>1 clove of garlic, minced</li>
<li>1 teaspoon mixed herbs</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon pepper</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>4 Italian style bread rolls (split)</li>
<li>Oil and butter for cooking</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The success of this recipe lies solely on the freshness and quality of the Buffalo Mozzarella used so find a local Italian market/deli. You can also buy from one of the online gourmet cheese sellers. The Buffalo Mozzarella should be packaged in liquid in a ball of around 3.5 ounces &#8211; do not use the shredded stuff.</li>
<li>Start by gently sautéing the chopped onion with some butter in a skillet over a medium to low heat until they begin to brown, this should take 5-7 minutes.</li>
<li>Now combine the beef or hamburger meat, minced garlic, herbs and seasoning in a large bowl and mix well, then mix in the cooked onion.</li>
<li>Shape the mixture into 4 patties with your hands and fry in a little oil for 4-5 minutes each side making sure the meat is fully cooked. Add a thick <strong>slice of Buffalo Mozzarella</strong> to each patty about 90 seconds before cooking is done, to melt the cheese.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Serving Suggestion:</strong> serve straight away and maybe spread a little marinara sauce on the buns.<br />

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 pound ground beef</li>
<li>2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese</li>
<li>1/2 small onion, finely chopped</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon of oregano</li>
<li>salt and pepper to taste</li>
<li>4 burger buns</li>
<li>a premium pepper <a href="http://www.cheese-burger.net/toppings/relish-recipes.html">relish</a> for topping</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Combine the beef with the chopped onion, oregano and salt and pepper and mix well. Form the mixture into 4 equal size balls and then flatten out into patties.</li>
<li>Cut the Gorgonzola cheese into 4 cubes and place one cube in the center of each patty, then form the patties into balls again with the cheese in the center.</li>
<li>Now flatten the balls out again into patties and make sure the cheese is fully covered so it won&#8217;t leak out during cooking.</li>
<li>Broil/Grill/Fry each burger for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the meat is fully cooked.</li>

<li>2 tablespoon Basil Pesto</li>
<li>8 slices of Italian bread</li>

<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Basil Pesto, Oregano and chopped bell peppers in a large bowl and make sure everything is mixed well.</li>
<li>Form into 4 patties and season each patty with salt and pepper depending on how you like it. These are best cooked on a preheated grill for five minutes each side or until cooked through.</li>
