Garlic & Onion Burger Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbs minced onion
- salt to salt
- pinch ground black pepper
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix together the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper. Combine the mixture well then refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to allow the garlic flavor to infuse the meat.
- Form burgers into 4 1/2 inch thick patties. Grill or shallow fry for 6 minutes on each side.
Suggested burger topping: fried onions. Burger Toppings.
